Spring Training

Spring is in full swing and I am just having fun making fitness a part of my lifestyle. I am signed up for a few things but do not feel I have to sign up for everything that comes my way, I just like to stay active.  I'm looking forward to the Wildflower Century, with an olympic tri about a month after that. Training includes some longer bike rides, spinning, bike commuting, strength training, running, rowing and swimming. Just enjoying being outdoors whenever possible!
